Free Delivery in Manchester

  • Eligibility: We offer free delivery on all products for customers located within Manchester city limits.
  • Delivery Time: Orders within Manchester are typically delivered within 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Conditions: Free delivery applies only to standard shipping within Manchester city. Additional services, such as expedited delivery, may incur extra charges if available.

Shipping to Other UK Cities

  • Cost: For customers outside Manchester, shipping costs are calculated based on the order quantity, weight, and destination. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
  • Customer-Arranged Shipping: If you prefer, you may arrange your own shipping for orders delivered outside Manchester. Please contact us at Marketmcr14@gmail.com to coordinate this option.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times for other UK cities vary depending on the shipping method and destination but typically range from 3–7 working days after order confirmation.
  • Carrier: We partner with trusted third-party couriers to ensure reliable delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

General Shipping Information

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before being handed over to our shipping partners. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery Restrictions: We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. MCR Market is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at Marketmcr14@gmail.com with details and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Customer Responsibilities for Non-Manchester Deliveries

  • Customers outside Manchester are responsible for all shipping costs unless the order qualifies for a specific promotion clearly stated at checkout.
  • If you choose to arrange your own shipping, you must inform us at the time of purchase and provide details of your chosen courier. MCR Market will coordinate with your courier but is not liable for any issues arising from customer-arranged shipping.
