Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

 

Exclusions: Perishable items and customised packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Damaged/Faulty Goods: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
